sleeper headers

I just got a 95 prelude with the H22, and i really like it, and i wanna make it fast, if i put headers on it, but leave the stock exhaust, is this gonna make too much back pressure for the stock exhaust? i wanna leave the stock exhaust (or make it look stock) if possible, also is there a set of headers that are more quiet than the others? or will wrapping the headers make em quieter?
