New Frame Cost...How Much?

I took my ride to a fabrication shop today and they told me it would be around $3000 to build me a complete frame for the wagon which is a unibody with now top. The price included fabing a mustang front suspension and cradle into the new frame since i'm droppin a 302 in it, and a notched and 4 linked rearend using a mustang 8.8 rearend. I have to supply the cradle, suspension, axle and 4 link kit. Does this sound like a good deal or could anyone do it cheaper? If you can and are close to Texas let me know.
