mini chopper questions

i want a mini chopper but i wanna know if i can drive it on the street and to work and stuff. it will be able to go abuot 50 mph so speed isnt a problem but i'm wondering if id be aloud and what id have to do? like it shoud lbe the same as a moped or scooter right
