need fat rear rubber. how big will fit?

is it possible to fit a 10 1/2 inch tire under the rear of a toyota without it rubbing the frame? not too worried about the bedside or the wheel wells rubbing, I can always fix those issues.
it's not bagged, its 4 linked with coilovers. lowered roughly 4 inches in the rear.

tuck and fit between the frame and inner fender?

Well its not bagged so it doesn't have to completely tuck, but it is lowered 4 inches or so in the rear. I' plan to run wheels with a fairly centered offset. so I'm thinking 5 inches from the face of the disk/drum. the bedside can be modified(rolled lip or flared) but I don't want to have to narrow my frame
