Its the 19th of May, did you buy gas today?

After reading all the flack here on SSM regarding some chain letter alerting us to the fact that we should not purchase gas on this day, as a form of retaliation towards the oil companies, I went against the grain.

I filled two 5 gallon gas cans for my truck, filled my SANTRA SEX with 12.7 gallons of gas and the refilled the two 5 gallon gas cans for reserve.

With the price of gas at $2.11 here in the Phoenix area I spent a total of $68.99.

How much did you spend on gas today or were you one of the ones that decided to go along with what the letter said?
