settlement?

O.k. here's the deal......I was in an accident back around Thanksgiving. It was the other persons fault. I hurt my neck , back, and both knees. I went to the chiropractor for my back and neck and physical therapy for my knees. I'm getting released from both doctors this week. I still have pain in one of my knees. My bills are over 5 grand. My question is.....How much of a settlement should I expect? I've been told that I'm entitled to 5 times my medical bills. Any insight would really help. By the way... it is Statefarm insurance if that helps any. Thanks!
