Hardbody Tranny woes

I just bout a 86.5 hardbody, dropped it 5 inches temporarily with blocks till i get it bagged, but not when i come to a stop the tranny vibrates my truck to death, im thinkin i needa shorter driveshaft cuz of the angle the blocks put my rear at, i was wondering if anyone knows why and how to fix this prob.
