Is this a good price for a B2200

yo, my buddy has an 88 or 89 b2200 extended cab that he's selling. Its got 4X4 sheet metal, smoothie front bumper, phantom grill, shaved everything except taillights, flamed window tint, full shaved dash except for the deck hole, it has no stereo. it's fully bagged. The only problem is that the engine is fucked and needs a serious rebuild or probably a new engine......he wants $2000canadian. What do you think?
