GOOD DEAL???

aight i have plans to lay frame on my ranger...i need to know if this sounds like a good deal or not...guy i know has a set of polished 17X9 dante bullets:



they have brand new tires with like 100 miles on them and i think i can get them for around 5 or 600 dollars tires and all, and a second set of center caps...does this sound like a good deal? also, does anyone have a pic of a ranger preferably with a stepside bed laying frame on 17's?...i would like to know what i am dealing with before i jump right in and buy them...i have allready seen the black ranger layed out on 16" probe gt's so if anyone could help me find a pic of a ranger layin frame on 17"s i would really appreciate it
