plasma cutter on payments? what site

right before i moved, and lost the internet, there was a thread about a place that you can get a plasma cutter on payments, like $300 a month for 6 month, maybe it was 9 months. but anyways, i decided i really need one, cutting tourch sucks. hahha. i tried seaching but couldnt find the thread.
