pop up tool bars??? WTF!? internet nerds i need your help!

search bar, dashbar, my way speed bar, realbar, quick search bar, stareware, lycos search bar. does anyone know why the hell these things keep poping up in my browser?? i have deleted the programs and removed them from the computer but they keep coming back? how the heck do i get them off the computer and keep them off?? does anyone know?
