I need help with wheel offsets for my ranger

i am planning on getting some 18 X 9 inch mustang saleen wheels for my ranger and i was jus curious what offset i should get so that i can be sure that they will tuck...also, if i want bag my ranger to where it lays frame, do i have to cut my bed or is there a way around it?
