what's up with the Taggs

Ok so I am being a Post Whore tonight, I am Sick as hell with some kind of stomach bug. Anyways I have been cruising Profiles and have noticed that alot of people have ALOT of Taggs on their RIdes as well as their Profiles. Then some of us..... Well don't. Not that it's a Lack of Love or Respect, I was just curious as to why people don't sign the Guestbooks all the time?
