rules of engagement

So iam recently unengaged due mainly to the fact she couldnt handle my trucks. The question is: Is it ok to ask for the ring back? If so how do i go about doing this? I spent just over 2000 and i think every dollar counts when building my rides.(checkoutmyprofile for the final factor in the end of the relationship...she told me i couldnt have it.
