someone clear this up

Here is a drawing of the four link I am planning on doing. Yea, it's pretty simple but thats what I want because it will all be under the bed. Is this a cantilever? I always thought it was a cantilever but someone one my other thread said it was a lever. I have never heard of that. someone clear this up.
