seat belt conversion?

i have a 91 accord, it has the automatic seatbelts.... and in the middle of the seats is a lil compartment where all the seatbelt goes, any ways, i want to try and get rid of the automatic seat belt and put a normal seat belt in that goes on the pillar, does anyone know how to do that?
