plugs for extra lug holes on univeral pattern

Is there such a thing? My car has 18s but it has the 4x100 and the other bolt pattern, so I was wondering if anyone made plugs to cover up the extra holes? any suggestions? also can't get the front center cap to fit due to the hub/spindle bolt sticking out too far...any suggestions on that also
