To tail-lights or not to tail-lights

that is the Question. I've been workin on my '96 Ford F-150 for a bit....

Well, I thought about have it all smooth cause I lost one of the original lights.. so i thought about just closin' the whole thing. Then I thought about addin' some Caddy lights. But.. who would I go about makeing a pare of Caddy lights? i got a 1/18 scalle DUB CITY with caddys, but don't want to touch it. Can a Fabricate somthin' to make 'em. Or should i just f*** it all and just smooth out the whole back end of the truck???????
