How hard would this be

I know alot of people out there have seen this truck before and I love it and this sounds so gay but I would love to built one along the same lines... My main question would be... Can i just get a mid 80s 3500 Crew Cab and re skin it and what not to get that idea... and how hard is re-skinning a truck???

I don't expect it to be easy... but give me ur opinions
