Hi All. I am reposting this thread from the general forum. I have a 1994 3.0L 4x4 Mighty Max that I bought off my dad in 1998. It's been giving me trouble with the brake and rear turn lights. The exact problem is: everything works fine until the parking lights are turned on. When parking lights are turned on the right-rear(rr) turn signal stays half illuminated on the dash and the rr turn signal illuminates(steady), it blinks at twice the speed when the turn signal is used, and the antilock light illuminates on the dash. The cab brake light also flashes with the turn signal. Just to be clear, this problem is isolated to the right side. The Chilton schematics aren't very helpful and I have no idea how the antilock light is tied into this problem. I've eliminated the brake switch, turn signal/light switch, and rear light assemblies. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
