88 mm 2.0 burning oil. new rings and valve stem seals.

I just redid the motor new mains and rod bearings and rings and new valve stem seals. The cylinders all have 140 psi. Give or take a psi. All cylinders are burning it. I cam go about 5 miles and a quart of oil gone. Could it be the compression releases peeking oil by them? Or a head gasket?
