Installing new timing belt 1995 Mighty Max

I'm installing a new timing belt and I don't know the specifics of how to do that.
I'm a shade tree mechanic at best with limited tools.I plan to buy a manual tonight if I can find the right one, but in my past experience the manuals don't seem to help very much.I've got the cover off and the old belt out, but exactly what to do next is a mystery.I plan on getting started first thing in the morning and any advice would be appreciated.
1995 4Cyl. 2.4L SOHC 5-SPEED 110,000M 2WD

I finally got a new belt on and it started right up and has been running fine for three days now.Thanks for the advice.
