Timing Question 94 2.4L Max

I have a 94 2.4L Mighty Max I had to replace the head, I had it on TDC when I removed the head, it was parked outside someone moved it before realizing it was in gear well it's no longer on TDC compression stroke my question is what is the best way to get it back on TDC compression stroke before putting it back together. Thanks
