Tranny and Rear differential fluid change help!

I need to change the fluids on my tranny and rear diffrential. What viscosity / brand should i use and how many quarts?

80or85/90w gear oil for both, whichever brand you prefer. 2.3L for manual trans and 1.5L for rear diff straight out of factory service manual
