help needed

I have a 94 mighty max two wheel drive 2.4 letter and i have been driving with the mass air flow sensor bad and i just replaced it with a new one but now it boggs in 5th gear around 60 mph and i have to step on the gas really fast to clear it up or if i get off the gas around 65 and i push the gas a little bit it boggs untill i clear it up by giving it a little more gas ..... i'v changed the spark plugs and wires cap and rotor does any one know what it could be ?

Could be clogged fuel injectors. Had a similar problem in my '91, started fine, idled fine and accelerated fine to about 55, then ran rough. After trying the fuel cleaner additives (which did not work), I pulled off the air plenum and fuel rail which was real easy and popped the injectors out. I had them tested and cleaned by a local shop called Injection Doctor, reinstalled them with new O rings and it ran great.

After you replaced your MAS sensor you need to make sure you unhooked your neg cable on the battery for a few minutes so that it can clear your codes on your computer so I will read the MAS again. If you did that I would check the fuel filter, or try cleaning injectors as luch90 said.
