front bumper

i need a bumper for a later mightymax , 1995 , 1 peice

I bought one back in March and the Guy has yet Sent it!

i like that front bumper.. its a cover correct? if so what does it go over. i have a 91 MM and would like to have that on it, what would it take to do it?
