best size rims?

@ this given time I'm stuck with 14" rims that have like a -40mm offset... Im thinking about possibly getting some rims off of a caddy esclade. (17") but Im wondering about the offset to rim width ratio. I don't want to lose very much of the turning radius. what do ya think?

GM 6 lug wheels have been used for a while now with no ill effects. You will be fine.

thanks! I've been modding cars for quite some time. but Im preaty new to the mini trucks... I like the idea of using the GM wheels, everything I have put in the truck so far is second hand.- the head R&R. (even got a 575HP 4G63GSX biuld under the belt!)

I had Chrome Toyota 4Runner wheels on my black '84 MM - 15" made it easier to find tires and they looked great too.
