no clutch pedal at all (help)

I GOT A 1991 MITSUBISHI MIGHTY MAX 2.4L RWD. I put new clutch and cable all the stuff in and I have no clutch pedal at all. it was real hard to shift and the cable broke so that's why I put new clutch and stuff on it now I have no clutch pedal. the cable with not get tight and its the same length has the other one even with washers on it will not get tight.
the clutch pedal goes right to the floor like there is nothing on the pedal but it is all hook up.

the clutch finger went flat also when I bolted the clutch and stuff down
