1990 Mighty Max bogging noise

Hey all,
So I wrote in a previous thread that my truck was wasting way too much fuel and it turned out to be the ECU. I just got it today and when I hooked up the new ECU I noticed my check engine light was not on anymore. I was so happy I didn't even test drive it before i went to work. That being said, I now have no kind of power when driving. I can hear the mass air flow sensor bogging down when I try to press down on the gas but I don't go anywhere. Anyone know whats going on? I know its not the mass air flow sensor because I tried 2 different ones and they both do not work.

O2 sensor? Check the timing?
