89 d50 carberator engine want more power with out doing a engine swap what can i do ? ps dont want my truck to be to loud either just a little more power

Not much, they're only about 100hp anyway. Staying with Mitsu power, you can use the Starion/Conquest turbo with FI, or the later 2.4l with FI.
