Hey I've seen all the post from everything to a radiator cap and temp sensor to the ECM mine has all the same issues hard to start cold. I just need to know if I can check the codes using an OBD1 scanner?

I found that out. Also the colder it is the harder it is to crank

I had similar issue reaplaced the fuel pressure regulator ...just a thought
