Engine won't turn 1994 Mighty Max 5 Speed

When I turn the engine the bottom belts and pulleys move but the engine doesn't turn over. I took off the timing cover and the belt looks fine. Any ideas?

Yep. If its turning the pulleys, then its turning over. Is it firing, or getting fuel? My next suggestion is to check those. Then you can go from there.

Also, its not a V4. But an inline 4. Just some FYI.

Lol yeah you're right I know. The timing belt is a bitch and a half to get off.

Thanks for the tip i'll check the fuel lines, pump and such.

also check ur relays.. sounds exactly what mines was doing..
everything was fine. so i went thru my relays behind the dash.and BAM. problem solved..

Spark plugs are good, air intake looks good, going to check the fuel pump and filter tonight.
