I recently purchased a 1988 mighty max. At what frequency should the timing belt be changed. Should the water pump be changed at the same time?

Hi Cosmo,

the timing belts should be replaced every 60,000 miles.

I like to replace both belts, both tensioners and the water pump while I have it all apart.
