Got another truck to toy with again

1964 Chevy Stepside. I know its not my usual Ranger, but ever since my brother started the restoration on it, well I wanted it. haha We both ended up building different parts of it during the restoration of it so that made me want it even more. Basically he had his kids and kinda lost site of it once it was finished and the paint job kinda sucked. So I finally talked him into sellin it to me. All it needs now is a lower stance, bigger rims, and a new coat of paint. Other than that it runs great and is basically new. I just broke 1000 miles on the engine/tranny/rear-end yesterday. So maybe one day ill figure out this whole picture posting thing and get some pics on here to show you guys my newest toy. Sorry so long by the way, but I gotta brag a little. haha Later

For the most part its stock as far as the build went. Due to the shows he used to enter it in you got more points by having it stock. Has a custom build rear bumper on it and we relocated the fuel tank from behind the seat to a fuel cell. Only had to make that piece of metal from the filler. The body was in good shape for the most part though so it wasnt too bad. It has a 283 bored .30 over, but I still have a 350 sittin here to put in it if I decide too!! Which its been bored over .30 also. It eats gas a lot more though. Besides the fact that the 283 has outrun most all the 350s around here and it gets 17-18 miles to the gallon. Ill most likely keep it in there. Its much faster than you would imagine. Hard to keep traction on the rear tires as is so we shall see what I do with it. Sorry so long again, Later
