Camping @ MazdaFest? PLEASE READ!!! RSVP REQUIRED!!!

**IF YOU PLAN ON CAMPING @ MAZDAFEST YOU MUST RSVP W/PRE-REG**

We are limited to 50 spots (give or take) and we want to make sure that everyone has a fair shot at being able to stay if they would like...

NOTE: The camping grounds are directly behind the area for the show/judging in the grass

So in order to do this you MUST do the following if you intend to camp:

PRE-REG FOR THE SHOW (INCLUDE NECESSARY INFO.)
RSVP FOR 1 CAMPING SPOT (INCLUDES MAX OF 4 PEOPLE PER SPOT)

THIS MUST BE DONE BY JULY 18TH!!!

Upon receipt we will issue you (via mail/email) a RSVP confirmation that must be furnished at the show!

We will be checking for RSVP at the show, anyone that has not been issued an RSVP card will not be allowed to camp...

so can we stay behind are trucks ? how far are the spots from the trucks

I am not 100% sure how we are going to lay that out yet...it is dependent on the amount of attendants!!

so its $10 to reg and for the cmp spot or is the spoat more to camp ?

if we are rolling with one vehicle are we allowed to partner up and share a camp spot but still pay seperate pre-reg fees...?

yeah im only bringin one truck, micro mazda doesnt count even if i get it finished. not sure if i will actually put my truck in the show, just cause its a very very close to stock under contruction. i just want to go for the show...
