We need more shows....

Ugh!

The NW Scene is slowly going away with every show season...How many more do we have to lose before we realize that?

I just think it would be cool to get some shows out here that ppl would travel to see...

All I am saying is that we need to support every show in the NW or it will soon be gone!

I agree i just wish the there were some shows that are more family friendly. I am not to big into all the crap that goes on with the punks at the shows.

i've been kickin the idea around of having a show here (victoria, BC), but i cant see anyone willing to take a 2 hr ferry ride to get here to show unless its a 2 or 3 day show . but theres not enuff local scene to warrant a 2 or 3 day show , so i'm not sure what to do

Honestly,

I wouldn't do a 3 day show if it was me...Unless you plan on having activities all three days...the 1st day most ppl use for roll-in which is a waste of time imo...everyone just sits around...

I would make the drive for a show like that....Good luck!

I remeber when there was a show almost every weekend during the summer here in the Northwest. I haven't seen a show in Bend,Corvallis,Eugene,Southern Oregon in a long time. Salem / Portland use to have quite a few.

to bad majical couldnt hook up with ralph and combine dropzone and lowdown....
i actually like the first day rollin in gets people aquanted and time to set up camp
