Failed WA Emission Check (Need Carburetor)

I just got back from the Emissions testing and failed at cruise, but passed at idle.
Does anyone local have a Carburetor I could use to pass the test? Or does anyone have a working one for sale?

Or I think I need to replace the Mixture Control Solenoid.

I have 2 factory carbs sitting in my garage, but don't know if they will help u pass your emissions test?

Well I installed a new carb and retested.

The read out was WORSE!!!

What could be wrong???

I'm going to try a new o2 sensor.

New O2 sensor works like a charm!

Low CO's and HC's!
