What happened to Dev and the bag shack?

Haven't been on here in a while. Wondering what happened to Dev and The Bag Shack? Great guy and was easy to deal with.

same here. i was gone for awhile an came back n noticed he was gone to. as far as i know like todd said. life happened. he shut down the bagshack.
