BEWARE OF SCAMMER!!!!

i sold my wheels earlier this week, with plans to buy some 18"s from a guy named james hayes.. well, i send him a M.O. for $650, and he said he hasn't gotten it yet.. i checked with the post office, they said he had signed for it.. he swears he hasn't recieved it, and now he won't answer his phone or my emails or texts! the last time i spoke to him i told him i had talked to the post office, and he acted funny and said he'd call me right back.. never did. he's from illinois, so watch out! thanks to this asshole, i have no wheels to put on my truck, and i'm out $650 i need! thanks asshole!!

no, it was off another forum. i've been reading up on this guy, and apparently his real name is brandon bowman.. if this is, in fact, the gentleman i dealt with. trying to get more info on him.

the guy i dealt with is not brandon bowman! he did however use the name james hayes as an alias! brandon is incarcerated, and has been for over a month.. anyone dealing with James Hayes needs to skip on any deals he's trying to make with you! you will NOT recieve any parts or payment!

on a side note, anyone have any 5 lug yota wheels they want to donate??

sorry that it happened but this is why you read about the person you are dealing with first... if you'd posted a topic or pmed a few of the other members of the forum you'd found out that he was a scam... a hard lesson to learn.... never buy from anyone until you know everything about them......

exactly what he is saying.^^ before making any deals final i always pm other members that he/she has dealt with and confirm his liability.
