Thought I would share as I figure this one out. This is my 2007 F150 Lariat project. I already installed a Whipple Supercharger and Fabtech lift.

I'll update this post as I make progress and sort of use this post as a task list. My daughter was born about 5 months ago and time is scarce. I'm going to try breaking this project up into many small tasks so I don't loose focus and make progress.

I was planning to do this at some point as I wanted to free up extra hp by eliminating some of the mechanically driven accessories but a leaking radiator and water pump going out moved this up in priority. :)

Task List:
1. test fit electric fans to new radiator
2. measure coolant fluid capacity differences between new and old radiators
3. measure transmission fluid fluid capacity differences between new and old radiator transmission coolers
4. measure mounting angle of radiator before removal
5. measure upper radiator mounting bracket angles before removal
6. drain fluids from existing radiator
7. remove ran shroud and fan
8. remove upper and lower radiator hoses
9. disconnect transmission cooler lines and cap
10. drain and remove inter cooler reservoir

Tool works well but due to the die size I am going to need to use a 180° fitting.
