so im boring out the centers of some titan steelies on the mill. and i got to thinking dont they grab the wheel by the center hole when they ballance the tires? so when i cut the center of the wheel its gotta be pretty close. right now its within .001 its kinda hard to measure the stock center because its not really cut square and it rough. but should one thousandths be good? or am i worrying about it too much?

good modern wheel and tire balancers balance off of the wheel stud holes. the old machines balance off of the center bore.
