Another one of Husker's stupid what is it worth threads. I know it's only worth what someone is willing to pay but here's my inquiry...
I got a 1983 camaro no engine or transmission, body is rough but not terribly bad, needs windshield(cracked bad), rolling on 14" outlaws and t-tops. I bought it in 93 was a 4 cyl 4 speed car. Painted it in 94ish, clear is pealing in places. It was going to be my son's school car but with gas going through the roof I couldn't see letting him drive something that got horrendous mileage and I couldn't see putting anything but a BIG motor in a camaro. I don't need the money and I don't need it gone, I've had lots of people over the years ask to buy it and no one ever has, I don't think I ever stick to the same price. Part of me doesn't want to sell it because I would love to restore it someday, but another part says sell it you aint ever going to do it. So a kid stopped in today and asked what I wanted for it, I told him $500, I think I've come down. He told me he'd probably buy it when his tax return comes in, he's probably full of chit. It's probably to late now but is that enough?
I guess I can buy some dropped spindles and the rest of my link stuff if he does buy it.
