email problems

I receive emails from the race director where I ski race but for some reason I lose the attachment with results when I open them in outlook express. If I look at them on webmail no problems but in oe there is no attachment even if I check the properties it says nothing attached. The attachment is a winmail.dat file

Any ideas, I don't have him blocked or anything. It is buggin the hell out of me
