77 Camaro rear suspension.....

Alright, my womans nephew (14)...his mom bought him a bitchin 77 Camaro. Its faded baby blue (for now) stock height, new interior, rebuilt motor. My question is this..those cars have leaf springs in the rear, and he wants to "white trash it" a little and jack the back up. I can put some lift/lowering blocks in the back....correct? We were going to jack the back up, and he is looking around for some wheels......I think he is going to run some old school Cragars w/ some fat tires in the back along w/ some air shocks!!!

What is the easiest way to lift up the rear is my question...?
