I need help with managing my club

So here in north Idaho we have a small club, just a group of guys that share the same interest and help each other out. However, recently we have started fighting over a member in the club that some of us dont like. He is selfish and greedy and will not help anybody with anything unless of course he gets something out of it. I dont agree with this and it has pretty much led to all of us fighting and the club has now fallen apart. My question for you, my fellow streetsourcers, is how would you handle this? Please give me your feedback because this is no reason to break-up our club.

I'll step up to this one.  First and foremost as a member of your club how "valuable" is he.  Not talking money, but ideas for the club, suggestions to do things, etc. It already sounds like he's caused some issues already, if you've guys put the club on the back burner...

Start another club!  The old one has run it's course.  Should of got rid of the guy you didn't see eye to eye!!  Next time you know what to do.

That club is done first because you kick him out he is going to talk shit to others about ya'll and give a bad image and if you let him stay in he will continue to cause problems between you guys.

first of all the club is finished and has been since we had our last meeting. second of all you fuckin idiots that are talking shit need to go fuck yourselves. i asked for input and got some respectable opinions. now you guys are just being dipshits. grow the fuck up. deuces bitch.
