Build Your Own Tube Bender?

I know it's possible and been done before but I'm curious if anyone has good plans (i know you can buy them for like 20 bucks).
 
But i was wondering if anyone has done this or could shed some light on building one.

I built the same style seth made and I love it, built mine for right at the same price.  I actually used my drill press at home so it took me a little while but I built it in a week working at nights on it
