Streetbeat Ragtop - Leaks?

I just saw a Caddy I put a bid on ebay for and it had a ragtop from Streetbeat. The owner said that it doesn't leak but he also said that he never drives it in the rain. Are they known to leak?

i've heard some people say yes, & some say no. mine hasn't been driven since i installed it, but on the trailer on the way back from a show a while ago it rained on the way home & it didn't leak, but then again it was the typical washtington rain, not very hard.

I had one in my old S10 for about 3 years before I sold the truck. It was a daily and I never had a problem with it leaking from rain. When you wash it, make sure you rinse from the top down or you blow water up under the sides everytime. That really pisses the ladies off if you stop at the carwash for a quick rinse. After a while the latching mechanism goes to shit though.

had mine for ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm 10 plus years, no leaks, no fade.
