its a scam. in theroy, you would have to eliminate your o2 sesors for it work properly and the pcm not lean it out so bad, might work on a diesal or carb'd motor. if it was the real deal, everyone nad there mom would be using it, or alteast the mythbusters would do it. it is possible to run a car on hydrogen, but using some stainless steel and wires in some tap water isnt gona produce enough IMO.
i suggest some lucas fuel system additive, i noticed a minimal 2mpg increase just by running 4 oz of it every time i fill up, and a 32 oz bottle at walmart is only 10 bux. ive gotten 19 mpg out of my 4.0 4x4 ranger on 33s by using mobil 1 0w20 and the lucas fuel system cleaner. it also has and exhaust and cone filter but thats it.
