screw in ball joints

im needing a little help finding what ball joints to use on my van, im making new uppers and lowers, so i guess my question is does anyone know of any vehicle that has screw in ball joints and would fit a astro spindle without boreing it out to fit the ball joint? anf info would be greatly apperciated
