this might be a bit premature, but i wanted to share my new ventures with all my fellow auto enthusiasts who surely might appreciate other hobby's. a friend and i have started a super laid back custom drum company recently and are looking forward to making some killer kits for some killer dudes! we are working with robbie over at keg-media.com at the moment to get a logo for the face of our company along with a run of buisness cards. we cant wait to fulfill the incomming orders and hope to maybe build a kit for one of you one day!

i think it is going to be righteous to use one hobby's sucess to pay for my other hobby.... BUILDING MY TRUCK!!!

though at the moment we dont have a website, nor many pictures of our more intricate kits, i wanted to share a couple pictures with the family! enjoy!!!!

i really like the look of your kits. what kinds of wood do you offer? are you hand making your own shells or are you buying them? and what are your prices?

thanks for the compliment! im glad your in approval !!! hah

as far as woods used, we are prefering to sell maple kits because they just are awesome.... vc but we make kits with just about whatever wood you want. the reason we offer this answers your second question....we dont MAKE the shells but we DO rout the bearing edges for the heads and drill holes for hardware etc. they are kellar shells but we do the routing and hardware placement to your specifications!

as far as the pricing goes, its actually pretty reasonable for a custom kit but its hard to really give a ballpark estimate without knowing what someone would want... the price ranges greatly when you compare the cost of a custom inlayed shell to a shell that is just wrapped with a solid color plastic wrap.

thanks for taking a look!!! hope to maybe be serving some of you guys some day soon!
